Main contractor - established 50+ years - delivering a large accommodation scheme in Edinburgh: 6 low/mid-rise blocks, 600+ bedrooms, 15 months remaining. Structural frame complete on 3 blocks. Steel frame works ongoing within the remaining 3 existing blocks. 2 blocks currently at 1st fix / partition stage. Remaining blocks moving into 1st fix from June.
They are looking for an Internals Manager / Site Manager / Fit-Out Manager who:
- Can commute easily to Edinburgh
- Has a decent track record with previous employers
- Has delivered residential, hotel or student accommodation projects
- Understands 1st fix through to handover properly
- Can take ownership of a block without needing their hand held every 14 minutes
