- 6 low/mid-rise blocks
- 600+ bedrooms
- 15 months remaining
- Structural frame complete on 3 blocks
- Steel frame works ongoing within the remaining 3 existing blocks
- 2 blocks currently at 1st fix / partition stage
- Remaining blocks moving into 1st fix from June
The façade package includes:
- Aluminium panelling
- Brickwork
- Large stone restoration package
- Pitched slate roofs
- Kalzip roofing system
They’re looking for a proper Façade / Envelope / Externals Manager who:
- Can commute easily to Edinburgh
