I’m working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a new build residential development in Eastry, Kent.

This is a site-based position taking ownership of a live £20m scheme, working closely with the operational team through delivery and ultimately final account.

The Role

  • Commercial management of the project from procurement through to final account
  • Procurement and management of subcontract packages
  • CVRs, valuations, variations and cost reporting
  • Managing subcontractor payments and accounts
  • Working closely with the Project Manager and site team
  • Reporting into senior commercial management
