This is a big role, with bigger potential ideal for someone who wants to build a team, own the process, and grow into a leadership position as the company continues to expand.

This is a family-run main contractor making serious strides in the leisure and public sector build world with high-spec refurbishments and new builds typically ranging from £10-12m.

You will be office-based working directly with the leadership team and managing consultants from RIBA Stage 2 through to 4 ensuring quality, coordination, and buildability are never compromised.

The Projects:

  • £10-12m D&B schemes
  • 70-80% of the work is in leisure, both refurbishments and new builds
  • Also active in education, civic, and specialist-use spaces
  • All design & build, mostly negotiated work
