You will be office-based working directly with the leadership team and managing consultants from RIBA Stage 2 through to 4 ensuring quality, coordination, and buildability are never compromised.
The Projects:
- £10-12m D&B schemes
- 70-80% of the work is in leisure, both refurbishments and new builds
- Also active in education, civic, and specialist-use spaces
- All design & build, mostly negotiated work
