I’m working directly with a growing façade and cladding contractor who have recently secured approximately £30m worth of new work in one hit and are now looking to strengthen their commercial team significantly. The business has a very well-established northern division which remains the core of the company, but their Southern operation is now growing quickly off the back of multiple project wins across London and the South East.
The Role
- Commercial management across façade, recladding and external envelope projects
- Managing procurement, subcontract accounts, valuations, CVRs, variations and final accounts
- Office based in Dartford with regular site visits
- Working closely with operational and delivery teams across multiple live schemes
- Long-term secured workload with genuine continuity of work
Senior QS Projects
- £14m recladding project
- £6m recladding project
Both schemes involve 6–7 storey buildings with substantial footprints and significant façade packages.
