A principal contractor leading the way with innovative solutions to structurally complex projects, are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business. Specialising in prime residential, hotels, and heritage refurbishments from £30m - £80m. They are gaining a formidable reputation for their expertise, value engineering and client delivery.
Responsibilities
- As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have financial responsibility for the delivery on a £55m hotel refurbishment in Belgravia, London.
- You will be the overall commercial lead administering all aspects of both JCT D&B and JCT Traditional Contracts on this scheme.
Key Attributes / Qualifications
- Strong and stable employment history with a Tier 1 or 2 principal contractor.
- Able to demonstrate successful financial delivery on refurbishment projects between £30m - £60m.
- Candidates who have refurbishment experience on super prime, heritage or hotel projects will be highly considered.
- Committed, driven with high energy levels.
- Minimum 15 years post graduate experience.
- Willing to commute daily into Central London.
