Freelance Quantity Surveyor | Cut & Carve | Burgess Hill, Sussex | Immediate Start I’m working with a contractor who require a freelance Quantity Surveyor to support the tender submission for a £10m cut-and-carve commercial project in London’s West End. The assignment is expected to run for approximately six weeks and will be based from the company’s office in Burgess Hill. The Role Preparing and issuing subcontractor enquiries Managing the subcontract procurement process Liaising with subcontractors to secure competitive tender returns Reviewing quotations and producing tender comparisons Identifying exclusions, qualifications and package risks Supporting the wider team in completing the tender submission Working alongside a surveyor already preparing the bills of quantities What they’re looking for Quantity Surveyor with subcontract procurement and tendering experience Main-contractor, refurbishment or commercial-project background Comfortable managing multiple package enquiries Able to review quotations and identify commercial gaps Available to start immediately Junior, Project or Senior Quantity Surveyors will be considered The Assignment Approximately six weeks’ work Office-based in Burgess Hill, Sussex Immediate start £10m cut-and-carve commercial tender West End project Interested?
