I am currently recruiting for an RLO with a well-known developer based in Brentwood. This is a great opportunity for someone with Resident Liaison Officer experience who is looking for a less site-based, more office/admin-focused role.

Key details:

  • Start date: 18th May
  • 6–9 month contract initially, with potential to extend
  • Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days WFH
  • Office near Brentwood Station (parking available)
  • Salary: standard RLO market rates

The role will focus on improving communication between office teams, site teams and residents across multiple live projects.

Candidates will need:

  • Previous RLO experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good organisation and stakeholder management skills
