All of the units have high end finishing\’s and some will have resale value of £1,000,000+. The job is currently on programme and you will not be coming to troubleshoot other peoples mistakes. My client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager on a large residential scheme. The majority of the work is at 1st or 2nd fix stage. We need an assistant site manager to support our Site Manager. We are looking for someone with Residential experience on similar projects. Furthermore, the Assistant Site Manager will have to be able to be left in a plot unattended and deliver the goods.
