I'm working with a privately owned developer who are looking to appoint an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor as their project pipeline continues to grow. The Role
- Supporting procurement and commercial management across multiple luxury hotel developments
- Tendering and procurement of subcontract packages
- Obtaining and analysing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting subcontract administration and package management
- Assisting with variations, change management and commercial reporting
- Working closely with design, delivery and commercial teams throughout project lifecycles
- Learning directly from an experienced commercial lead
