SENIOR PRODUCER (3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

LONDON, UK (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week)

As a Senior Producer, you\'ll sit in our Production team, working closely with the Creative team, taking their concepts and helping to bring their vision to life through social-first productions. We don’t specialise in any particular sector, meaning any given production brief presents completely new challenges and opportunities.

WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING

  • Leading on Social-First production projects for a wide range of brands in different industries
  • Working closely with the account teams, procurement, compliance team, agency creatives, freelance crews, project managers, designers and suppliers to help bring the shoot vision to life and ensure productions are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Overseeing productions from pre-production planning through to post production and delivery; including timing plans and budgets, as well as running of the set on shoot day.

WHO WE\'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong experience in line and agency producing.
  • Agency experience, ideally working with big-name global brands.
  • Bonus points for experience producing social-first content.
  • Experience in writing pre and post-production timelines.
  • Experience managing large budgets.
  • A solid black book of top-notch directors, crews and production partners.
  • Experience working with talent and managing relationships with them/their representatives.
  • A strong understanding of the standards surrounding usage fees, talent contracts, location permits etc.
  • Someone who has a love of brands and social media: you\'re fascinated by brands, and how they market themselves and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
  • Someone organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment where deadlines land simultaneously.
  • A team player who is supportive and capable of bringing the best out of those around you.
  • Someone confident, vocal and professional, comfortable pitching ideas, presenting in front of clients and attending shoots.
