WHO WE ARE
We are Born Social, a social‑first creative agency that brings brand building into the social era. We have a track record of delivering transformation for iconic brands like Guinness, Ford, and Barclays, led by our team of social natives and brand experts, underpinned by technology. Backed by the strength of a brilliant business that’s proudly B‑Corp certified, we’re consistently recognised as one of the best places to work. We’re proud to be part of Croud - a global, full‑service digital marketing agency. Together, we operate as a unique scaled network of Intelligent, Creative Specialists, delivering better brand outcomes and unlocking potential for our people, our clients, and our communities.
This is a Croud role, sitting at the intersection of Born Social (Creative) and Croud (Media), helping to prove the effectiveness of social‑first creativity through robust analytics. We’re looking for a Senior Creative Analyst to play a hands‑on role in delivering best‑in‑class social creative analytics for our clients, across owned, earned and paid. Reporting into the Creative Analytics Director, this role is focused on execution, analysis, and client delivery. You’ll be deeply involved in reporting, dashboard builds, and turning performance data into clear, actionable insights that help clients understand what’s working, why it’s working, and how to improve. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being close to the data, owning outputs, and advising clients through evidence‑led insight.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading day‑to‑day analytics delivery across key client accounts, owning outputs from brief to delivery.
- Owning regular reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring work is accurate, insightful and clearly linked to creative performance.
- Delivering deep‑dive analyses, effectiveness reports and project‑based insight work.
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations clients can act on.
- Building, maintaining and evolving dashboards (e.g. Datorama, Tableau) for clients and internal teams.
- Ensuring data quality, consistency and best‑practice visualisation across all reporting.
- Applying creative effectiveness and social measurement frameworks across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest.
- Identifying performance patterns, drivers of success and opportunities to optimise creative output.
- Acting as a trusted analytics partner to clients, confidently walking them through results, implications and next steps.
- Collaborating closely with Strategy, Creative, Media and Client teams to embed analytics into planning and optimisation.
- Supporting new business, pitches, case studies and occasional research or thought‑leadership projects.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You’ve got proven experience in analytics, insights or effectiveness roles, ideally within an agency environment.
- You have a strong grounding in social media analytics and creative performance measurement, and you’re comfortable working across multiple platforms and formats.
- You’ve got hands‑on experience building dashboards and reporting outputs (Datorama, Tableau or similar).
- You’re confident working directly with clients and presenting insight clearly and persuasively.
- You’re a strong analytical thinker who knows how to turn data into meaningful insight, not just numbers and charts.
- You’re familiar with marketing and creative effectiveness principles, and tools like Sprinklr (or similar).
- You’re detail‑oriented, reliable and accountable for high‑quality delivery, with a curious, improvement‑focused mindset.
- You’re collaborative, comfortable working across disciplines, and confident operating independently while knowing when to seek input or elevate.
- (Bonus, but not essential: experience with SQL, Python or more advanced analytics techniques.)
