Project Managers work closely with teams across the business including operations, client services, strategy, social media management and creative. You’ll play a crucial role in managing project plans and timelines, reporting on commercials, collaborating with resource management and implementing ways of working.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Managing the account operations and the day-to-day requirements of your clients including timelines and project plans, implementing ways of working and managing resource requirements.
- Proactively foreseeing commercial & operational challenges and escalating to key stakeholders both internally and externally, when required, as well as sharing recommendations on how to solve these challenges.
- Supporting with administration and management of Projects in our agency-management software (Productive).
- Ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly.
- Ensure timesheets are updated in a timely manner each week and reporting regularly on how we’re tracking with recommendations for improvement.
- Doing what you say to develop and maintain brilliant collaborative relationships with your account teams to deliver seamlessly.
- Saying it simply to ensure every person in the team knows exactly what’s expected of them at all stages as well as clearly & confidently articulating project plans to clients where required.

- 2+ years experience working in social media (agency-side preferable).
