We’re looking for a Midweight Content Creator to join Born Social and deliver best‑in‑class social‑first content for an exciting and innovative automotive brand: Ford. This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who lives and breathes platform‑native content. You’ll play a key role in planning, shooting, and editing mid‑fi content, both behind the camera and in front of it. You’ll help define Born Social’s best‑in‑class mid‑fi offering, contributing to creative innovation and account growth. This role is dedicated to our Ford account, so ideally you’ll have experience in the automotive sector or a genuine passion for all things cars - bringing energy, knowledge, and creativity to every piece of content. You’ll also leverage the Born Creator Community (BCC) to scale content production, tap into a thriving network of creators, and deliver work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • You’ll be creating, scripting, shooting and editing mid‑fi content across platforms, making sure everything you produce is high quality, engaging and built for native social.
  • You’ll be spotting trends early and experimenting with formats, styles and creator techniques to keep our work feeling fresh, culturally relevant and effective.
  • You’ll be comfortable stepping in front of the camera when needed, bringing ideas to life in a way that feels natural and authentic.
  • You’ll be helping scale content through the Born Creator Community, supporting creator briefs and working with external talent to increase output without losing quality.
  • You’ll be developing a strong understanding of what drives performance and using that to bring proactive, creative ideas to the table.
  • You’ll be helping build client trust through reliable delivery, strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • You’ll be contributing to the wider team by sharing learnings, helping upskill others and supporting the growth of our mid‑fi craft across the agency.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You’ve got experience creating mid‑fi social content, including scripting, shooting and editing for platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • You’re confident behind and in front of the camera.
  • You love spotting trends, experimenting with new formats, and keeping close to culture.
  • You’ve got a genuine interest in cars, car culture, and automotive content - or experience working in the automotive space (a big plus for this role).
  • You’re curious, proactive, creative, and enjoy collaborating in a fast‑paced, social‑first environment.
  • You care about craft, take pride in your work and want to keep improving what “great” looks like.
