We’re looking for a Senior Content Creator to join Born Social and lead best-in-class social-first content delivery across one of the world’s most iconic financial brands: Barclays. This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who lives and breathes platform-native content, is confident leading shoots end-to-end, and is comfortable featuring on camera when required. You’ll take ownership of delivery, proactively contribute to account growth and new business, and play a key role in building long-lasting client relationships. A genuine interest in finance and financial services is a big plus for this role. On Barclays, you’ll be working on a brand with huge reach, responsibility, and creative opportunity - helping shape how finance shows up in culture. You’ll also leverage the community to scale content production, tap into a thriving network of creators, and deliver work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • You’ll be owning the end-to-end delivery of social-first content, from pre-production through to shooting and editing, making sure everything you create hits a high creative standard.
  • You’ll be leading how we use the Born Creator Community, briefing external creators and scaling content in smart, efficient ways without losing quality.
  • You’ll be comfortable featuring in content when needed, helping ideas land in a way that feels natural, credible and platform-native.
  • You’ll be constantly pushing creative ambition, experimenting with new formats, tools and production techniques to keep our work fresh, relevant and effective.
  • You’ll be playing an active role in growing the Barclays account by bringing strong ideas, spotting opportunities and helping turn creative into commercial impact.
  • You’ll be building trusted client relationships through clear communication, confidence in your craft and a collaborative mindset.
  • You’ll be helping to develop other in-house content creators, sharing knowledge, giving feedback and raising the bar across the wider team.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You’ve got strong experience creating social-first content, understanding what great looks like across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.
  • You’re confident leading shoots, directing talent, and owning post-production, and you’re comfortable stepping on camera when the work calls for it.
  • You have a strong creative point of view, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity for what’s next in content.
  • You’ve got an interest in finance, banking, fintech or financial culture (a big plus for this role, given the nature of the brand).
  • You’re a natural collaborator and mentor who enjoys developing people and pushing creative standards higher.
