FREELANCE / CONTRACT SENIOR PRODUCER (UK BASED)

Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office per week. We operate a Fix + Flex model, with Wednesdays and Thursdays as our two Fix Days, when everyone is in the office, and the third day is Flex for you – either Monday, Tuesday, or Friday.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading on social‑first production projects for a wide range of brands across different industries.
- Overseeing productions from pre‑production planning through to post‑production and delivery; including timing plans and budgets, as well as running of the set on shoot day.
- Working closely with account teams, procurement, compliance, agency creatives, freelance crews, project managers, designers and suppliers to help bring the shoot vision to life.
- Ensuring productions are delivered on time and on budget, keeping account teams and stakeholders updated throughout.
- Communicating clearly so every person on a shoot knows exactly what's expected at all stages, from crew to clients on set.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong experience in line and agency producing; agency experience preferred, ideally working with big‑name global brands, with bonus points for social‑first content.
- Experience writing pre‑ and post‑production timelines and managing large budgets.
- A solid black book of top‑notch directors, crews and production partners.
- Experience working with talent and managing relationships with them/their representatives, and a strong understanding of the standards surrounding usage fees, talent contracts, location permits, etc.
- You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by how brands market themselves and use social media; you are naturally curious about developments in the digital world and excited by its potential.
- Highly organised: production is fast and deadlines land simultaneously, so the ability to run a tight ship is a must.
- Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection.
- Real drive and ambition: you're confident, vocal and professional, comfortable pitching ideas, presenting in front of clients and leading on set.
- A team player who is supportive and capable of bringing the best out of those around you.
- 5+ years' production experience (agency‑side preferable).
