WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Creating standout lo-fi, social-first content by conceptualising, planning, shooting and editing directly on your phone, and using tools like Canva to quickly bring ideas to life.
- Staying plugged into culture and community by spotting trends before they blow up, scaling insights from audiences, and adapting trending formats in ways that feel authentic for each client.
- Crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and community management.
- Connecting brands with their communities through meaningful, always-on community management and engagement, and smart participation in cultural moments.
- Analysing content and channel performance, uncovering creative insights, and using them to guide recommendations and reporting.
- Owning the delivery of monthly and quarterly reports that clearly demonstrate impact and inform future strategy.
- Building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their go-to social expert.
- Overseeing day-to-day social channel management - scheduling content, updating bios and links, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring all activity is consistent, accurate, and on-brand.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive monthly and quarterly content calendars, mapping posts, publishing dates, formats, and channels.
- Staying up-to-date with social platform updates, emerging formats, and best practices to inform creative and strategic decisions.
