JOIN THE BORN CREATOR COMMUNITY

We’re building a community of creators who understand how people really consume content. Creators who know what earns attention, what feels native to the feed, and how to turn a brand brief into content people actually want to watch. Social doesn’t need more content. It needs better content: distinctive, relevant content made by real people. That’s where you come in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of the Born Creator Community, you’ll create social‑first content for brands across a range of formats that suit you:

  • Product content: bringing products to life in a way that feels native to social.
  • Personality content: talk‑to‑camera, tutorials, explainers, demos and reactions.
  • Lifestyle content: in‑situ content from real places, moments, events and experiences.
  • Hosting content: vox pops, street interviews, event hosting and premium entertainment formats.

You’ll be briefed by Born, create content against brand guidelines, respond to feedback where needed, and help brands build relevance, trust and distinctiveness through creativity.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for experienced content creators who are confident shooting, editing and delivering social‑first content for brands. You're made for the Born Creator Community if:

  • You already create high‑quality short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms.
  • You understand what makes content feel native, watchable and culturally relevant.
  • You have a strong eye for lighting, sound, framing, editing and storytelling.
  • You can interpret a brief and bring your own creative instinct to it.
  • You’re comfortable working within brand guidelines and taking creative direction.
  • You communicate clearly, meet deadlines and can work professionally with agency teams.
  • You’re interested in building longer‑term relationships with brands, not just one‑off posts.

You don’t need a huge following. This is not influencer marketing. We care about your ability to make brilliant content, not the size of your audience.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • Fairly paid content briefs for leading brands.
  • Access to an agency‑managed creator community.
  • Clear briefs, timelines and expectations.
  • Opportunities for recurring work where there’s a strong brand fit.
  • Support, feedback and creative direction from Born Social’s social specialists.
  • A chance to be part of a growing creator infrastructure shaping how brands are built in the social era.

HOW IT WORKS

When your profile matches a brief, we’ll reach out with the opportunity, requirements, usage terms, timings, and fee. If it’s the right fit, you’ll create the content, submit it for review, and be paid for the work.
