Role & Responsibilities:
- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
- To ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally in accordance with our policies.
- To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Rooms and Public Areas are met at all times.
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
- To clean the hotel bedrooms and corridors and maintain our high standard.
- To keep all cupboards neat and presentable at all times.
- All cleaning materials to be used to the HHK’s specification.
- To report any maintenance faults.
- Follow the lost property procedure.
- To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety regulations.
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection control and emergency aid.
- To ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- All other duties as required.
