Role & Responsibilities:
- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
- To ensure stock control with the maintenance department.
- Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality.
- Completion and maintenance of fire log book.
- Record keeping of room maintenance.
- Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas, guest bedrooms and ground maintenance.
- To follow all hotel policies.
- To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
- All other duties as required.
