Role & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
  • To ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally as in accordance with our policies.
  • To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Rooms and Public Areas are met at all times.
  • To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
  • To clean the hotel bedrooms and corridors and maintain our high standard.
  • To keep all cupboards neat and presentable at all times.
  • All cleaning materials to be used to the HHK’s specification.
  • To report any maintenance faults.
  • Follow the lost property procedure.
  • To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety regulations.
  • To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection control and emergency aid.
  • To ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
  • All other duties as required.
