BorgWarner Aftermarket Europe GmbH has a new opportunity for an experienced, technically minded individual to join as Area Sales Manager UK (m/f/d). The Area Sales Manager UK (m/f/d) is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within a specific geographical region. While developing annual plans within the business unit, the Sales Representative owns the customer strategy and is accountable for the growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction of their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements- Continuous support of our existing customers and new-client acquisition in assigned region
- Handling of requests, offer preparation, contract conclusion negotiations
- Securing of Pricing policy including market price feedback
- Relationship management with branches of our Key Accounts
- Participation of Inhouse Shows and Customer events
- Market observation, Analysis of competition and customers
- Monitoring of budget value, contribution margin and development of sales
- Commercial and technical customer support in the field
- DSO Management
- Close collaboration and supporting of the Regional Sales Manager as well as cooperation with the product management team and other internal departments
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Automotive Aftermarket
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Technical understanding is a must
- Turnover responsibility
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Interpersonal Savvy
- Team player, strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset
- Excellent command of English is required
