The Borgen Project is an international organization working to address global poverty by influencing U.S. and U.K. foreign policy. With 20 years of experience, it has supported legislation benefiting nearly 500 million people in developing countries.

This is a part-time, unpaid, remote programme of 12 hours per week for 12 weeks. You can work ahead to complete it sooner if needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating branding campaigns
  • Conducting focus groups and market research
  • Pitching story ideas to media
  • Developing fundraising strategies
  • Planning and presenting informational meetings
  • Utilizing social media and web messaging strategies
  • Supporting advocacy efforts

Experience and Eligibility:

No prior experience is required. We seek passionate individuals eager to fight poverty, regardless of background or GPA. This is an unpaid opportunity, with college credit available.
