About the Role As a Senior Designer, you'll lead the execution of significant creative workstreams, shaping projects from concept through to delivery while ensuring exceptional standards of creative quality across the team. You'll play a key role in mentoring designers, building trusted client relationships and translating strategic briefs into distinctive creative solutions that strengthen brands and deliver genuine commercial impact. Key Responsibilities You will: Lead the execution of branding and packaging projects from concept through delivery. Define creative approaches and maintain exceptional standards of craft across project outputs. Spend the majority of your time designing, bringing together logo, color, type, iconography and illustrative components - both into briefs and composed original works, contributing to world class brand worlds.
