We have a fantastic opportunity for Trainee Bus Drivers to join our team based at our busy Berwick-upon-Tweed depot. Not got your bus licence… that’s not a problem as we have our very own in-house training school. Full and part time opportunities available. We cover the cost of your training up to the value of £2,500 which includes your theory and practical tests, travelling expenses and accommodation. We will support and guide you through your training journey and provide ongoing training once you achieve your PCV licence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and a safe and comfortable journey for our passengers
  • Be patient and able to work confidently on your own
  • Able to handle cash and card payments responsibly
  • Be a key worker in the local community to take customers to their destination safely and on time

Requirements

  • A full endorsement free driving licence
  • At least one year driving experience
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Live within driving distance of Berwick-upon-Tweed
