We are conducting a nationwide research initiative to improve nursing workflows, onboarding processes, and digital tools in the UK care sector. As an experienced nurse, your real-world insights are essential for benchmarking best practices and designing future-ready senior care solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participate in a 1-on-1 remote session (video/phone) where you’ll discuss your daily work-life as a nurse in a UK nursing home — your routines, tasks, and challenges.
  • Evaluate nursing scenarios that reflect typical workflows and resident care situations in elderly care.
  • Help us benchmark practices by explaining how specific situations (e.g., managing residents with dementia, medication rounds, coordinating with families) are handled in your facility.
  • Co-create realistic care scenarios with our team based on your experience (e.g., new resident admission, end-of-life care discussions, managing challenging behaviours).
  • Provide feedback on system processes, communication gaps, and digital needs within the senior care environment.
