THE TEAM
As a Lead Generation Specialist in our sales team, you’ll be the engine behind driving customer interest in GoFibre’s rural rollout areas. You’ll connect with residents, businesses, and community groups before we start building—sparking meaningful conversations, building trust, and generating high-quality leads that feed directly into our sales funnel.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Be GoFibre’s Lead Generation Specialist, building trust and excitement in the communities where we’re about to launch.
- Chat with residents, businesses, and community groups to explain how full fibre will benefit them.
- Show up to local events and meetups to boost brand visibility, spark interest and capture future sales leads.
- Get the word out with flyers, posters, and positive stories that highlight how GoFibre can transform everyday life and drive business growth.
- Knock on doors with purpose—raising awareness, encouraging sign-ups, and generating warm leads that feed directly into our sales pipeline.
- Help turn interest into action by guiding potential customers through our sales channels and supporting their journey to sign-up.
- Be a key player in the sales team’s success, offering on-the-ground support to our field sales team that helps boost conversions and hit targets.

- Mobile and ready to go – own transport is essential for travelling between sites in the Scottish Borders and East Lothian (business mileage is covered).
