About Borderless

At Borderless, we’re building a world where borders are no longer barriers - where anyone can move anywhere, seamlessly and safely. Founded in 2023, we’ve already helped 600+ UK businesses and 15,000+ individuals navigate the complexity of immigration. Powered by technology, and supported by an expert team, our platform removes the friction of Home Office compliance, visa processing and sponsor licence applications, making immigration faster, simpler and more accessible for everyone. Backed by Entrepreneur First and Backed.VC, we’re scaling fast and in 2026 expanding into new sectors and markets to further accelerate our growth. Also, around 25% of our workforce is sponsored, and we proudly offer visa sponsorship as part of our hiring process.

Role overview

As the Technology Partner Manager / Integrations Partner Manager, you will take a channel that already drives 30% of our pipeline and build it into our primary growth engine! This is a high-impact opportunity to commercially own Borderless's technology partnerships and integrations, turning live integrations into revenue-generating partnerships. You will own these partnerships end to end: closing deals with the biggest HRIS and ATS platforms, working across product, engineering, and commercial teams to prioritise integrations by customer demand and commercial value, and 360-managing each partner after onboarding to activate usage, generate revenue, and grow partnership-sourced leads. Because most of the documentation the immigration process depends on already sits inside employers' HRIS and ATS systems, these integrations pull it straight through and make Borderless an obvious choice to adopt. This is a growth role and as such, you will build the activation playbook and scale the integrations motion with global platform partners, and every deal opens a door into new markets and sectors. There’s no path to follow here: Borderless is the only immigration platform built to plug into the systems employers already run, which means you won’t inherit this function, you’ll support in defining it.

You Should Apply If

  • You have extensive experience in commercial partnership management, specifically within the HR technology, HRIS, or ATS landscapes.
  • You have a proven track record of taking technical integrations from 'zero to one,' including sourcing, securing, and launching new partners.
  • Technical fluency with the ability to explain complex concepts like APIs and bidirectional data flow to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Whilst not a requirement it would be great to already hold a 'black book' of relevant contacts within the global HR tech ecosystem.
  • A builder mindset with the proactivity required to establish a new function without an existing playbook.
  • Strong project execution skills, with the ability to lead multi-team workstreams across product, sales, and marketing to remove delivery blockers.
