About Borderless
At Borderless, we’re building a world where borders are no longer barriers - where anyone can move anywhere, seamlessly and safely. Founded in 2023, we’ve already helped 600+ UK businesses and 15,000+ individuals navigate the complexity of immigration. Powered by technology, and supported by an expert team, our platform removes the friction of Home Office compliance, visa processing and sponsor licence applications, making immigration faster, simpler and more accessible for everyone. Backed by Entrepreneur First and Backed.VC, we’re scaling fast and in 2026 expanding into new sectors and markets to further accelerate our growth. Also, around 25% of our workforce is sponsored, and we proudly offer visa sponsorship as part of our hiring process.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Marketer to help shape how Borderless communicates with the world. This is a broad, high-ownership content role, not just an SEO or social media role. You will be responsible for producing and improving high-quality content across multiple channels - from blogs to webinars, customer communications and educational resources. The right person will naturally find a huge amount of opportunity to create valuable content, helping us build the Borderless brand while also supporting our sales, customer success and product teams. You’ll play a key role in evolving our tone of voice and messaging, ensuring we communicate consistently across marketing, sales and customer success. This role sits across the full customer journey - from building brand awareness at the top of the funnel, to educating prospects, to supporting existing customers through content, training and resources. This role requires working in the office 3 days per week. If this is not possible for you, please do not apply.
Role Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, identifying opportunities based on customer needs and industry trends. Plan and manage the Borderless content calendar across blogs, webinars, newsletters, social media, email sequences and customer communications. Develop and maintain the Borderless tone of voice used company-wide.
- Content Creation: Conduct customer interviews and develop case studies to capture insights and turn them into valuable content. Create clear, engaging content by translating complex immigration and compliance topics into accessible language. Produce sales enablement and partner content, including onboarding materials, guides and educational resources. Build Borderless thought leadership through social media, webinars, events and original insights. Create content tailored to different stages of the customer journey, from awareness to customer engagement.
- Content Distribution: Manage content distribution across multiple channels, repurposing content into different formats to maximize reach.
- Analytics & Performance: Track and report on content performance metrics and run experiments to continuously improve reach and impact.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Customer Success to support company priorities and collaborate with external freelancers when needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a content marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS or a product-led company.
- Exceptional Written Communication: Outstanding writing ability. Able to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Customer Insight: Comfortable speaking directly with customers and turning insights into case studies, stories and useful resources.
- SEO Awareness: Familiarity with basic SEO principles such as keyword research and content optimisation.
- Ownership & Initiative: A self-starter mindset. Curious, proactive and able to identify content opportunities independently.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product and customer success teams.
