We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Borderless. This role is focused on converting inbound leads and building pipeline to drive revenue growth. You’ll work directly with prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our platform, and close deals efficiently. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, commercial thinking, and ownership of the sales process are critical. This role requires working in the office 3 days per week. Who You Are
- Must-Have
- 1–2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience (or equivalent high-performance sales environment)
- Strong communication skills (able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently)
- Proven ability to manage and close deals
- Strong ownership of pipeline and performance
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience in HR tech, compliance, immigration, or regulated industries
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers
- Start-up or high-growth environment experience
- Strong analytical / data-driven mindset
