Role Description
This full-time Building Surveyor role is based in Gloucester, combining office, site, and some work-from-home flexibility.
The Building Surveyor will carry out building inspections and condition surveys, prepare technical reports, and advise clients on building performance, repair, and maintenance.
Daily responsibilities include managing dilapidations assessments, assisting with feasibility studies for new or refurbished premises, and supporting contract management throughout project delivery.
