We are looking for an organised and passionate individual to assist the Chief Commercial Officer in the running of our Wholesale and Marketing departments. This role is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working on many different aspects within the running of the Bordelle brand. The ideal candidate will thrive on working in a fast-paced working environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across the different departments. Candidates should be confident in communicating with luxury retail partners and must have the ability to work towards tight deadlines. A good understanding of social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram is required, and an interest in fashion or the luxury sector would be advantageous.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organising meetings and distributing buying materials and samples to wholesale clients and organisation of seasonal tradeshows in Paris and New York with the potential to attend.
- Assisting wholesale clients with general queries and monitoring online pricing to maintain consistency, while keeping contact sheets and client information up to date.
- Researching key growth areas and retail partners, working on brand strategy and international growth.
- Creating brand training documents, assisting in brand training, visiting clients, and providing detailed brand information and sales incentives to grow sales.
- Pulling sales reports, updating sell-thrus and collecting and inputting orders.
- Monitoring stock and managing movement between UK and EU warehouses.
- Assisting on photoshoots, organising styling pieces and helping the team on set.
- Organising and planning events across both press and customer facing activations.
- Responding to collaboration requests and building relationships with press, stylists and content creators through affiliate marketing channels.
Requirements:
- Very strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills within the team and with clients.
- Experience working with wholesale account management.
- Confident speaker with an excellent manner and tone.
- Experience using Excel.
- Experience with Zedonk or similar stock and order management systems would be advantageous.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and schedules.
- Very good understanding of social media channels, particularly Facebook, Instagram and affiliate marketing.
