You’ll apply UX and UI best practices across layout, hierarchy, typography, accessibility, and responsive design, with a clear understanding of how design decisions impact SEO, performance, tracking, and conversions.
Working within client CMS platforms and marketing tech stacks, you’ll translate concepts into high-performing web pages through clear wireframes, design systems, and UI specifications. You’ll help structure pages to improve engagement, strengthen user journeys, and drive measurable performance results. You should be highly skilled in all or at least one of the following platforms: Framer, WordPress and Webflow.

- Create website and landing page wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that balance brand integrity with conversion performance
- Apply UX best practices across layout, hierarchy, typography, accessibility, and responsive design
- Design with performance in mind — ensuring page structures support SEO, load speed, tracking, and CRO objectives
- Collaborate closely with designers and content teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs within client CMS platforms and page builders
- Contribute to conversion rate optimization initiatives, using data and behavioural insights to iterate and improve landing page performance
- Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
- Support A/B testing initiatives by designing variant layouts and refining user journeys based on performance insights
- Provide UX and design recommendations during campaign planning and website audits
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for mobile-first experiences
- Stay up to date with evolving UX trends, B2B SaaS design standards, and emerging best practices in marketing-led web design
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in web design or UX/UI design within a marketing-centric environment (agency, studio, or in-house)
- Proficiency in design-led tools such as Figma and Framer (or similar), with the ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Experience building within CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, Framer — with an understanding of platform constraints and best practices
- Understanding of how design decisions impact SEO, page performance, tracking, and conversion optimization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the team, providing clear design specifications and structured design systems
- Willingness to absorb client feedback, and adapt quickly
- Strong organization and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- SaaS/Tech experience is beneficial
