What You’ll Do:
- Lead client marketing delivery (projects and calls).
- Own marketing plans for multiple B2B SaaS clients – mainly content marketing and channel distribution strategies and assets.
- Translate client business goals into actionable, multi‑channel plans.
- Coordinate platform/discipline specialists while providing hands‑on support as priorities demand.
- Maintain project systems and client databases with accuracy and care.
- Ideate and review paid media ads (mostly LinkedIn and Google).
- Write and review marketing copy (blogs, guides, ads, emails, landing pages, and more).
- Support CRM, automation, and other digital GTM initiatives.
- Build pitch decks and present ideas internally and externally.
Strategy and Optimisation:
- Review performance data and present insights.
- Recommend improvements across channels and campaigns.
- Consult on budgets, roadmaps, and priorities with GTM leads.
Agency Growth:
- Support new business pitches and proposals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Work directly with client stakeholders across communication channels and weekly calls – ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Partner with the Head of Client Success on updates, approvals, priorities, and client relationship management.
- Build trusted, credible relationships through strong marketing judgement.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing agency managing a B2B Financial Services client or in‑house B2B marketing at a Financial Services company.
- Strong understanding of paid media, content, automation, and creative production.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to spot risks and opportunities.
- Confidence presenting ideas, data, and recommendations.
- Comfort working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
- A bias toward execution, not just ideas.
- SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
