Bordeaux & Burgundy, headquartered in New York, is a B2B SaaS, content-first marketing firm. We work with the world's most ambitious SaaS and technology brands. Building GTM engines, we help our clients clarify their positioning, learn their audience and generate demand through content marketing and channel distribution.
To date, we've driven over $10bn in acquisitions, $2bn+ in pipeline and thousands of new customers for our client brands across the FinServ, Healthcare Tech, and AI industries.
We fundamentally believe in creating sustainable, compounding results over the long-term. Today, we're partnered with the world's most prestigious VC/PE investor firms, government organisations, and leading technology companies, and are continuously recognised by the leading industry bodies.
Our team comprises multidisciplinary B2B marketing experts, known in their respective fields for elite expertise and mastery of sophisticated GTM models across channels. To join this elite team, we now seek a Creative Lead – an expert designer and creative representative of the firm, ideating and building the visual assets of our clients’ GTM programmes.
This is a senior, execution-heavy, creatively led role for a graphic designer who deeply understands B2B marketing and is as confident crafting visual systems as they are applying them across real GTM environments. This is not a production-only design role. It is a creative ownership and leadership position designed for a visual strategist who understands how design defines positioning, sharpens narrative clarity, performs across channels, and compounds value across a company’s go-to-market engine.
You will own creative and design delivery across our B2B SaaS client portfolio – designing high-impact paid social assets for LinkedIn and Meta, long-form content systems (whitepapers, guides, eBooks), landing pages, sales and pitch materials, and campaign visual identities. You will be expected to design and maintain scalable template systems in Figma, establish efficient creative workflows, and set the standard for how work is produced, reviewed, and evolved.
In many cases, you will be establishing brands from first principles – working with early-stage SaaS companies executing their first GTM motion. In others, you will be responsible for elevating and re-articulating existing brand systems to meet new commercial ambition. You will be expected to push creative boundaries when the brief demands it, set creative direction with confidence, and balance originality with logic, clarity, and performance.
You will be treated as the firm’s subject-matter expert in B2B creative and design. You will lead creative decisions with conviction, defend them logically, and uphold an exceptionally high bar for craft, detail, and accuracy.
