Bordeaux & Burgundy, headquartered in New York, is a B2B SaaS, content-first marketing firm. We work with the world’s most ambitious SaaS and technology brands. Building GTM engines, we help our clients clarify their positioning, learn their audience and generate demand through content marketing and channel distribution.
To date, we’ve driven over $10bn in acquisitions, $2bn+ in pipeline and thousands of new customers for our client brands across the FinServ, Healthcare Tech, and AI industries. Where we stand apart from a sector increasingly dominated by volume promises and short-term tactics, is our belief that an agency partner develops B2B growth through long-term consistency – not in 5-step packages or false guarantees. We fundamentally believe in creating sustainable, compounding results over the long-term.
Today, we’re partnered with the world’s most prestigious VC/PE investor firms, government organizations, and leading technology companies, and are continuously recognised by the leading industry bodies: We’re known for world-class marketing ideas and execution.
Our team comprises multidisciplinary B2B marketing experts, known in their respective fields for elite expertise and mastery of sophisticated GTM models across channels. To join this elite team, we now seek a Head of Performance Marketing to take ownership of marketing performance strategy, paid acquisition, and CRM-driven growth across our client portfolio and GTM service arm.
You will oversee paid media strategy, ABM programmes, CRM and automation projects, reporting and insight sharing, and all activities under the growth marketing umbrella – ensuring every activity is commercially aligned and performance-led. You’ll work closely with content leads, marketing managers, and GTM channel specialists to ensure our clients’ marketing strategy is not only strategically sound, but engineered for business growth. From full-funnel paid campaigns to CRM architecture and ABM programmes, you will ensure activity is cohesive, scalable, built to convert and reported on.
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic authority with hands-on capability – able to shape growth strategy at leadership level while still confidently executing across digital channels themselves when required. This is a strategic, client-facing senior role for an experienced performance marketing specialist with deep expertise in digital growth.
You’ll own the marketing performance strategy across our B2B SaaS client portfolio, manage the GTM department, currently comprising of 3 channel experts across paid media, CRM/automation and reporting, and act as the senior escalation point for all digital performance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone currently operating as a Head of Digital, Head of Performance or Paid, or Senior Performance title within a B2B SaaS in-house environment or agency, looking to take full ownership of a high-impact performance function.
Remote role – a hybrid model is expected to develop in Manchester as the business grows. Occasional in-person client meetings (UK, with occasional international travel).
You’re looking for a role where you rely heavily on instructions and briefs, rather than crafting and owning marketing strategy end-to-end, executing autonomously. You have not worked in a B2B marketing environment before. You’re uncomfortable taking ownership of marketing performance, good and bad. You struggle in environments where project scopes evolve through collaboration and iteration. Your primary experience is building strategies and handing off the execution.
We take marketing very seriously – and the quality of service our clients receive, even more so. Every teammate will help you solve challenges, respond quickly, treat you with respect, and support your professional growth. People stay because they own their work, share in long-term success, and are part of a genuinely game-changing professional experience.
Performance LeadershipOversee budget allocation, testing frameworks and scaling strategies, while diagnosing underperformance and leading account recovery plans.
CRM, Automation & LifecycleLead CRM and marketing automation projects, from implementation to BAU management. Design lifecycle programmes, lead nurturing flows and MQL → SQL frameworks that convert. Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo will be essential. Lead and develop the GTM team, setting high standards for performance, delivery and client-centric impact. Own resource planning, mentoring and the implementation of scalable processes, playbooks and QA frameworks.
Client Strategy & Commercial ImpactAct as the senior digital performance lead across key accounts, running performance reviews and executive reporting in partnership with our Marketing Managers.
