Bordeaux & Burgundy, headquartered in New York, is a B2B SaaS, content-first marketing firm. We work with the world’s most ambitious SaaS and technology brands. Building GTM engines, we help our clients clarify their positioning, learn their audience and generate demand through content marketing and channel distribution. To date, we’ve driven over $10bn in acquisitions, $2bn+ in pipeline and thousands of new customers for our client brands across the FinServ, Healthcare Tech, and AI industries.
Where we stand apart from a sector increasingly dominated by volume promises and short-term tactics, is our belief that an agency partner develops B2B growth through long-term consistency – not in 5-step packages or false guarantees. We do not sell lead quotas, growth hacks, or templated playbooks. We build credible go-to-market engines designed to withstand scrutiny from founders, sales teams, and investors. We fundamentally believe in creating sustainable, compounding results over the long-term.
Today, we’re partnered with the world’s most prestigious VC/PE investor firms, government organizations, and leading technology companies, and are continuously recognized by the leading industry bodies: Forbes, The Drum, Campaign, Adweek, BIMA and more. We’re known for world-class marketing ideas and execution. Our team comprises multidisciplinary B2B marketing experts, known in their respective fields for elite expertise and mastery of sophisticated GTM models across channels.
The Role
This is a strategically-minded, execution-driven role for a marketer with experience in B2B content marketing, ready to take ownership of client strategy, and project delivery. You’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel GTM initiatives for some of the fastest-growing SaaS clients in the world, ensuring all activities are not only delivered on time but achieve measurable impact and enhance wider strategies.
This is a hands-on, client-owning role where you’ll be the primary point of contact and go-to person for your accounts. You’ll be responsible for shaping each client’s marketing strategy and, critically, owning all deliverables within it. Collaborating closely with designers, content leads, and GTM strategists, you’ll remain accountable for turning strategy into execution and results. You’ll stay deeply involved in campaign delivery across content, email, social, paid media, and landing pages. This includes contributing directly to the work when needed—editing ads or assets in Figma, refining messaging and content based on client feedback, and iterating on live campaigns to improve performance.
You’ll be expected to move work forward independently and confidently, without relying on constant handoffs. We’re looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action. You’ll own timelines and outputs end-to-end, ensure deliverables are aligned with client objectives, and keep projects running smoothly, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve both strategy and execution.
Location & Working Patterns
- Remote role – a hybrid model is likely to develop in Manhattan, New York City in the future
- Must be based in, or within commutable distance of Manhattan, New York City
- Occasional client meetings (U.S.-based, with potential for international travel)
Before You Apply
We respect your time. And once you join us, you’ll learn that we operate transparently and value getting to the point efficiently. As such… This role is not for you, if any of these ring true:
- Your hands-on experience is primarily limited to one channel or discipline.
- You expect detailed task lists or close day-to-day direction from a manager – we trust people to own their work and deadlines, whilst of course, have systems, people and processes there to enable you.
- You find project and system hygiene difficult or unimportant (updating trackers, documenting processes, coordinating stakeholders and deadlines).
- You prefer strategy without execution – this role requires you to do both.
- Experts in delegating, without the skills to help deliver a project, won’t thrive in this role.
- You are uncomfortable presenting performance data, creating content marketing collateral, adjusting an ad creative in Figma, or supporting CRM and automation projects.
- Fast-moving agency environments feel overwhelming rather than energizing.
- Client-facing conversations feel intimidating or something to avoid.
We are being deliberately transparent and upfront. The care we take of our team is of utmost importance to us, and every new member is held to the same high standards we expect of one another.
Working at Bordeaux & Burgundy

But we don’t take ourselves seriously. You’ll find no egos here. Our average employee tenure is 2.8 years and, as a four-year-old company, we’re proud of that. People stay because they own their work, share in long-term success, and are part of a genuinely game-changing professional experience.
