Bordeaux & Burgundy, headquartered in New York, is a B2B SaaS, content-first marketing firm. We work with the world's most ambitious SaaS and technology brands. Building GTM engines, we help our clients clarify their positioning, learn their audience and generate demand through content marketing and channel distribution.
To date, we've driven over $10bn in acquisitions, $2bn+ in pipeline and thousands of new customers for our client brands across the FinServ, Healthcare Tech, and AI industries. We believe in long-term, credible go-to-market engines rather than 5-step packages or templated playbooks, delivering sustainable, compounding results over the long term.
Today, we're partnered with the world's most prestigious VC/PE investor firms, government organisations, and leading technology companies, and are recognised by industry bodies such as Forbes, The Drum, Campaign, Adweek, BIMA and more.
Our team comprises multidisciplinary B2B marketing experts. We seek a Graphic Designer to support the creation and delivery of high-quality visual assets across our clients' GTM programmes, working closely with senior designers and strategists.
The Role
This is a hands-on graphic design role working across B2B SaaS marketing campaigns. You will design and refine high-impact B2B creative, including campaign visual identities, paid social programmes, long-form content systems (whitepapers, guides, eBooks), landing pages, sales and pitch assets, website visuals, and brand-led creative concepts. You'll work with scalable template systems and established Figma workflows to deliver consistent, high-quality creative across campaigns.
Working closely with senior designers, content leads, and strategists, you'll help translate ideas, messaging, and positioning into clear, engaging visual design. You'll work across multiple brands and formats, gaining exposure to how design operates across different channels, audiences, and stages of growth.
This role focuses on high-quality execution and the consistent, confident application of brand systems. You'll apply a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to deliver polished work, while continuing to refine your designs through feedback and collaboration. You'll work comfortably in Figma, contribute to established creative workflows, and play an active role in producing and refining design within a fast-paced agency environment.
In many cases, you will establish brands from first principles—working with early-stage SaaS companies executing their first GTM motion. In others, you will elevate and re-articulate existing brand systems to meet new commercial ambition. You will be expected to push creative boundaries when the brief calls for it.
This role is well suited to a designer who is curious, organised, and motivated by improving their craft—someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, collaborating with others, and producing thoughtful, well-crafted design work that solves real business problems.
Location & Working Pattern
- Remote role — a hybrid model is likely to develop in Manchester as the business grows
- Must be based in the Greater Manchester area or commutable
- Regular in-person working with Manchester-based colleagues
- Occasional client meetings (UK, with occasional international travel)
Before you Apply...
We respect your time. And once you join us, you'll learn that we operate transparently and value getting to the point efficiently. As such... This role is not for you if any of these ring true:
- You are not based in, or within commutable distance of, Greater Manchester
- You are uncomfortable owning your design decisions or defending them with logic to senior client stakeholders.
- You have not produced design work in the formats listed in our job specification.
- You're uncomfortable taking ownership of your own design output and explaining your decisions to the wider team
- You need fully formed briefs and struggle in environments where work evolves through collaboration and iteration
- You find fast-paced agency environments stressful rather than motivating
We are being deliberately transparent and upfront. The care we take of our team is of utmost importance to us, and every new member is held to the same high standards we expect of one another. Honesty, integrity, logic and humour. If you value these in your workplace, you'll fit in perfectly.
We take marketing very seriously — and the quality of service our clients receive, even more so. But we don't take ourselves seriously. You'll find no egos here. Every teammate will help you solve challenges, respond quickly, treat you with respect, and support your professional growth. Our average employee tenure is 2.8 years and, as a four-year-old company, we're proud of that. People stay because they own the work, share in long-term success, and are part of a genuinely game-changing professional experience.
