About Bordeaux & Burgundy
Bordeaux & Burgundy, headquartered in New York, is a B2B SaaS, content-first marketing firm. We work with the world’s most ambitious SaaS and technology brands. Building GTM engines, we help our clients clarify their positioning, learn their audience and generate demand through content marketing and channel distribution.
To date, we’ve driven over $10bn in acquisitions, $2bn+ in pipeline and thousands of new customers for our client brands across the FinServ, Healthcare Tech, and AI industries.
Where we stand apart from a sector increasingly dominated by volume promises and short-term tactics, is our belief that an agency partner develops B2B growth through long-term consistency – not in 5-step packages or false guarantees. We do not sell lead quotas, growth hacks, or templated playbooks. We build credible go-to-market engines designed to withstand scrutiny from founders, sales teams, and investors. We fundamentally believe in creating sustainable, compounding results over the long-term.
Today, we’re partnered with the world’s most prestigious VC/PE investor firms, government organizations, and leading technology companies, and are continuously recognised by the leading industry bodies: Forbes, The Drum, Campaign, Adweek, BIMA and more. We’re known for world-class marketing ideas and execution.
Our team comprises multidisciplinary B2B marketing experts. Known in their respective fields for elite expertise and mastery of sophisticated GTM models across channels. To join this elite team, we now seek a Web Designer to take ownership of designing high-performing landing pages, optimizing our clients’ website experiences, and supporting the delivery of marketing-focused digital projects for our clients.
The role
This is a hands-on Web Designer role focused on user experience, visual excellence, and supporting marketing delivery. You’ll collaborate with GTM experts, content leads, and designers to design, build and optimize landing pages and websites for our B2B clients.
You’ll own the design quality and usability of marketing-driven web assets, ensuring they are polished, responsive, and aligned with client goals. You’ll apply UX and UI best practices across layout, hierarchy, typography, accessibility, and responsive design, with a clear understanding of how design decisions impact SEO, performance, tracking, and conversions.
Working within client CMS platforms and marketing tech stacks, you’ll translate concepts into high-performing web pages through clear wireframes, design systems, and UI specifications. You’ll help structure pages to improve engagement, strengthen user journeys, and drive measurable performance results. You should be highly skilled in all or at least one of the following platforms: Framer, Wordpress and Webflow.
This role offers exposure to a range of B2B SaaS clients and is ideal for a web designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants their work to directly influence marketing performance.
Location & Working Pattern
- Remote role — a hybrid model is likely to develop in Manchester as the business grows
- Must be based in the Greater Manchester area or commutable
- Regular in-person working with Manchester-based colleagues
- Occasional client meetings (UK, with occasional international travel)
Before You Apply
We respect your time. And once you join us, you’ll learn that we operate transparently and value getting to the point efficiently. As such…
This role is not for you, if any of these ring true:
- You are not based in, or within commutable distance of, Greater Manchester
- You’re looking for a role where you rely heavily on instructions and briefs, rather than creating ideas and executing them autonomously
- You have not worked in a B2B marketing environment
- You’re uncomfortable taking ownership of your own web design tasks and explaining your approach or decisions to the wider team and our clients
- You struggle in environments where projects evolve through collaboration and iteration
- You have limited experience or interest in how web pages and landing pages perform across digital marketing channels (paid media, email, social, website)
- Your primary experience is building apps or systems. We are looking for someone with strong front-end website design experience, not technical app development and the like
- You find fast-paced agency environments stressful rather than motivating
We are being deliberately transparent and upfront. The care we take of our team is of utmost importance to us, and every new member is held to the same high standards we expect of one another.
Working at Bordeaux & Burgundy
Honesty, integrity, logic and humour. If you value these in your workplace, you’ll fit in perfectly.
We take marketing very seriously — and the quality of service our clients receive, even more so. But we don’t take ourselves seriously. You’ll find no egos here.
Every teammate will help you solve challenges, respond quickly, treat you with respect, and support your professional growth. Our average employee tenure is 2.8 years and, as a four-year-old company, we’re proud of that. People stay because they own the work, share in long-term success, and are part of a genuinely game-changing professional experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of high-converting landing pages and website components to support paid media, content marketing, and GTM campaigns
- Create website and landing page wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that balance brand integrity with conversion performance

- Collaborate closely with designers and content teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs within client CMS platforms and page builders
- Work alongside content leads and GTM marketers to align messaging, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement with campaign goals
- Contribute to conversion rate optimization initiatives, using data and behavioural insights to iterate and improve landing page performance
- Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
- Support A/B testing initiatives by designing variant layouts and refining user journeys based on performance insights
- Provide UX and design recommendations during campaign planning and website audits
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for mobile-first experiences
- Stay up to date with evolving UX trends, B2B SaaS design standards, and emerging best practices in marketing-led web design
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web design or UX/UI design within a marketing-centric environment (agency, studio, or in-house)
- Proficiency in design-led tools such as Figma and Framer (or similar), with the ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
