This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the design, configuration, and successful delivery of a new finance system that will underpin our financial operations for years to come. Reporting to one of the Heads of Finance or Deputy Director, you will take ownership of key workstreams including system configuration, integration, data migration, testing, quality assurance, and the development of new financial processes and policies.
In this influential role, you will act as a central link between Finance subject matter experts, the Finance Systems Transformation Project Team, our implementation partner, and stakeholders across the University. You will bring strong technical finance expertise and/or hands‑on experience of major finance system implementations, with the confidence to challenge, advise, and guide colleagues at all levels. Your ability to analyse complex data, manage competing priorities, and drive change will be essential, as will your commitment to continuous improvement and customer‑focused service delivery.
