Key Responsibilities As a Trainee Flexographic Printer, you will work alongside experienced Senior Printers and gradually develop the skills required to become a fully trained Flexographic Printer. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting Senior Printers with the operation of Flexographic Printing Presses. Learning how to safely set up machines for different jobs and print runs. Supporting efficient job changes and machine preparation. Assisting with print quality checks and learning how to identify quality standards and customer requirements. Learning colour matching techniques and how colours are adjusted during production. Helping to monitor production processes to minimise waste and maximise efficiency. Assisting with the detection, reporting, and resolution of machine and production issues. Completing production paperwork and records accurately. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and workplace organisation. Following all standard operating procedures, including PPE, health and safety, hygiene, and quality requirements. Working closely with Production teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Training
