We’re looking for an experienced Ink Technician to join our growing flexographic print team. This role is essential in ensuring colour accuracy, smooth press operations, and high-quality output for every job that runs through our facility.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and supplying inks to support daily press operations
  • Maintaining colour consistency across repeat and new print jobs
  • Managing ink stocks and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensuring safe handling, storage, and disposal of inks and related waste
  • Keeping a clean, safe, and organised workspace
  • Collaborating closely with press operators and prepress teams to support efficient production

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in flexographic printing or a similar print environment
  • Strong understanding of ink systems, colour matching, and viscosity control
  • A proactive, organised, and quality‑driven mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment

Applicants must already be working in the UK on their own Skilled Worker Visa to be eligible for sponsorship.
