This is a key role supporting a high-performing Senior Relationship Executive managing a portfolio predominantly focused on corporate property clients, complemented by a diversified commercial banking portfolio.

Working with more complex and sophisticated customer structures, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality credit submissions for new and existing customers, conducting periodic credit reviews, and delivering insightful financial and risk analysis to support sound lending decisions. As a trusted partner to the Senior Relationship Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, assessing risk, structuring transactions, managing the day-to-day operational requests for customers, and providing strategic recommendations across a range of commercial property and business banking clients.

You will also liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external professional service providers to ensure transactions, documentation and settlements are completed accurately and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work on larger and more complex lending transactions, deepen your expertise in commercial property finance, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business.

If you're looking to further your career within a bank that is continuing to invest in its people, customers and growth ambitions, we'd love to hear from you.

You have experience preparing and presenting detailed credit submissions across commercial or corporate banking environments and possess a solid understanding of property-backed lending. Exposure to corporate property transactions, commercial real estate portfolios or sophisticated customer groups will be highly regarded.

Beyond your technical capability, you are a collaborative and proactive professional who enjoys partnering with Relationship Executives and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You take pride in producing high-quality work, managing competing priorities and building trusted relationships, while maintaining a strong focus on risk and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Analyst or Assistant Relationship Manager seeking to step into a senior role or an existing Senior Analyst looking to further develop their expertise within a growing and highly regarded commercial banking team.
