You’ll manage the full customer journey—from initial appointment to settlement and beyond—while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. You’re an experienced lender with a strong background in residential lending, already embedded in your local community and ready to bring your pipeline of leads from day one. Confident and engaging, you make complex financial matters simple and accessible, and your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to innovate and grow.

You’re self‑driven, comfortable working independently, and passionate about outbound business development.
