BOQ Group is seeking a Manager – Compliance Frameworks and Policies to strengthen and embed the Compliance Risk Management Framework across the Group. You will lead initiatives on obligations management, regulatory change and policy governance, working with senior leaders to embed controls, training, and alignment with the three lines of defence. You will oversee critical policies, manage registers and testing activities, and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business.
