Your tasks & responsibilities:
- In the quotation phase you start working after the preparation by your colleagues from sales and internal sales. You calculate the installation prices, duration and required manpower per project.
- For larger projects you are already involved in the discussions in the initial phase.
- In collaboration with the internal sales team, you plan the installations, and you also ensure the organization of the work of the installation team.
- You prepare well for the start-up of a site, often with an on-site visit in advance.
- You provide the necessary preparation for the installers: a technical plan, possibly photos on site for clarification and of course the correct materials (tools, etc.).
- You are the point of contact for your team, (internal) sales and the customer during the execution of the works.
- You carefully monitor the sites and always focus on safety and quality in accordance with the internal and external prescribed procedures.
- You are ultimately responsible for delivering each installation.
- You lead the installation team.
Your profile:
- With full enthusiasm you storm the playing field together with the team, shoulder to shoulder. You are able to commit to the long term and grow with the organization.
- You obtained a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
- You are a proactive, solution-oriented thinker and doer.
- Experience in coordinating technical installation works is a strong added value.
- You are analytically strong, you work in a planned and structured manner and you have excellent organizational skills and leadership experience.
- You are a born coach with strong communication skills and leadership experience. Customer-friendly communication characterises you.
- You are willing to follow up projects throughout the UK.
- An interest in safety matters is necessary to do this job with passion.
