What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
- Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
- Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
