What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Leading, training, and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality food
- Maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with the management team to drive the restaurant’s success
- Creating a positive and motivating work environment in the kitchen
- Handling any kitchen‑related issues and resolving them promptly
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team
- A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a high‑energy environment
