Kitchen Manager role at Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) / Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK). Lead our kitchen operations to deliver high-quality burgers and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Run the Kitchen: Manage kitchen operations from prep to plating to ensure smooth workflow and high standards.
  • Lead by Example: Direct and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff, maintaining motivation, training, and consistent results.
