Your Role

  • Create Exceptional Dishes: You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring every plate reflects our signature blend of bold flavours and stunning presentation.
  • Work in a Dynamic Team: Collaborating closely with our Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll help execute an innovative menu that combines traditional Indian recipes with modern techniques.
  • Maintain High Standards: You’ll ensure your station is organised, clean, and compliant with food safety regulations, helping to maintain the overall quality and efficiency of the kitchen.
